  • The pure essential oil of Lavender is a stress reliever and increases the production of seratonin, resulting in a calming effect beyond compare. Add a few drops of this amazing oil to your tub or bath water for a truly magical effect.

  • Patchouli   oil is a well known anti-depressant, with anti-inflammatory properties that are of particular importance to those suffering arthritic pain.

  • Just a few drops of the pure essential oil Thyme  , added to your bath water, will produce a feeling of calmness, while effectively easing muscle soreness and spasms.
